CARE Drop-Off Site Swap-out Service Order Form

CARE services are available Monday through Friday. CARE is closed on weekends and all major holidays. If you place an order for a date that falls on a weekend or holiday, your service will be scheduled for the next availability.

Please note: CARE does its best to provide service as close to or on your requested service date, however, that is not always possible due to haulers’ schedules. If your requested service date is not available, you will be scheduled for the next available date. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for Trailer service and a minimum of 5 business days for cargo containers.

Please try to schedule your swap-out service date for at least one week out from today's date.

A minimum of one week is required for all 20' and 40' cargo containers. If your requested date is earlier than one week, we will try to accommodate your request but your date is not guaranteed.

CARE service providers do not offer same or next day services.

Please take a photo of the load with the container or trailer doors open. Units should be loaded from the back (bulkhead) towards the doors. If the container/trailer is not at least 80% full, CARE may delay service until such time that the load meets the targeted minimum volume.

Pre-Delivery Report for Self-Haul Facilities (CARE Public DoS)

A pre-scheduled delivery date with the destination facility is required to complete this form. This form is intended as a notification to CARE of a pending delivery (Pre-Delivery Report). It will assign a Work Order number for invoicing reference.
