Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so on or before April 17, 2026 to receive a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. To cancel, please email the CARE Conference Team at TStrong@carpetrecovery.org.
All refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the Conference.
Cancellations or no shows after April 17, 2026 will not be eligible for refunds.
Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Conference Attendance Terms & Conditions
CARE uses Event Management Software to engage its attendees during the conference. By attending the CARE conference, you agree to share your information and likeness with CARE and our Sponsors during and after the event. Registered attendees may choose to opt-out from shared content with Sponsors. To opt-out, registrant must select the opt-out option during registration checkout.
Registration, attendance at and participation in CARE’s events as an attendee constitutes an agreement by the attendee to CARE’s use and distribution of the attendee’s image in photographs or any electronic reproductions of such events and activities. Participants are allowed to share images in any form from this event, however, appropriate credit must be given to any image’s original source. Prior permission to include another conference participant in personal social media posts is suggested. CARE is not liable for any breach by a participant of a state’s Right to Privacy law.
Registered attendees participate in the CARE Annual Conference of their own free will and assume responsibility at the event for their own well-being, as well as any invited guests. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel arrangements including air, ground and lodging. CARE is not liable for loss of, or damage to, personal property while attending the event.
