CARE is inviting proposals for an economic study to determine the U.S. and California statewide average and range of costs associated with collecting and processing post-consumer carpet (PCC), along with costs. The cost survey includes recycling for collection, processing and manufacturing, along with a regional analysis for rural and non-rural recycling center costs. The proposed plan entails outsourcing the planning, training, fieldwork, and calculation of costs.
