RFP: Post-Consumer Carpet (PCC) Collection and Aggregation Site – Southern San Diego County, California (CCSP-PCC-CA-100125)

CARE is seeking proposals from qualified entities to establish and operate a Post-Consumer Carpet (PCC) Collection and Aggregation Site in southern San Diego County. This facility will serve as a key component in supporting California’s Carpet Stewardship Program by acting as an aggregate collection site for carpet collection and distribution to other locations based in California.
We invite responses from all qualified United States based entities operating in the specified region of California. Special consideration will be given to proposals that offer no-, or low-cost drop-off solutions. The chosen entity will support CARE’s mission to increase landfill diversion and recycling of post-consumer carpet.
