Capital Improvement Grant Application

The Capital Improvement Grant Program – Cycle 6A provides funding for capital improvements that will establish, increase, improve and enhance additional California generated post‑consumer carpet (PCC) reuse, recycling and/or utilization of recycled content product manufacturing.
